Sales Associate position is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Strategy business development activities and client retention

Duties & Responsibilities:
Works with the Director of Sales and Strategy in supporting the business development activities to drive revenue
Oversee their Pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding of existing customers
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers post implementation.
Respond to daily client maintenance requests and research issues with urgency
Identify cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio when interacting with customers
Works with Director of Sales and Strategy Projects as they arise
Manages the CRM (Customer Relations Management Software) where all relevant trade sales information is housed to ensure all forms and information is relevant and up-to-date for the smooth execution of Business development

Qualifications
-2 Years of Sales experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Power Point, Excel & Word
Ability to work effectively with other team members across the Invstur at all levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PC proficiency; ability to develop spreadsheets and software to support sales efforts
Experience with client problem resolution and the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
